Barefoot (style) Running

Some of you have expressed curiosity about those strange toe-shoe things I’ve worn on a couple occasions, as well as about barefoot (style) running. I should first say that I’m no physiologist, or exercise scientist, or any other type of “ist” that qualifies me for making any sort of recommendation regarding barefoot (style) running. Neither I nor the Triathlon Club of FSU is recommending anything here. Nonetheless, here are some worthwhile links that might satisfy your curiosity:

Choose for yourself! But if you are thinking of going barefoot, ease into it. And if there are any size-eleveners out there wanting to take the vibrams for a spin, I’d be happy to lend mine out!
